This is a brand-new role to the business and will report directly to the Customer Relations Manager. The scope of the role is to ensure that any service recovery is completed in line with internal timescales and that responses meet the expectations of our clientele. This role will also be responsible for reporting on our overall feedback, as well as carrying out front of house duties when required. We would expect candidates to be flexible in their approach, given that it is a new role that may well adapt and grow as it becomes more embedded.

We are looking for a professional, organised and customer service orientated individual, that is as comfortable dealing with people as they are at working with various IT systems. This role will involve liaison with all departments across the park and will require a confident personality to make it a success.

Our ideal Customer Relations Coordinator will have the following skills:

- Relevant administrative experience within a fast-moving environment.

- You should possess a confident telephone manner as well as good written English and exceptional customer service.

- An ability to build positive, lasting relationships with people. 

- Strong computer skills, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.

- The ability to work on your own initiative and be able to demonstrate proven organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
