Location: Hybrid, a mix of home and office working in our Swansea HQ

Hours: Part Time
Shifts: We are looking for part time employees to work shifts that cover our weekend demand. We are open to discussing opportunities from 16-30 hours per week including a Saturday & Sunday (shifts available between 0700-2300 or 1600 to 0100) Many of our staff at Virgin work flexibly and in many different ways, including part-time, different core hours or remote working. Please talk to us at your application or interview stage about the flexibility you need. We can't promise to give you exactly what you want, but we are happy to explore what's possible for the role.

As a contact centre advisor, you’re the specialist on the other end of the line, creating once-in-a-lifetime trips and making our customers’ dreams a reality.
