OVERVIEW
We are recruiting Casual Guest Services Assistant to join our spectacular
T? Hotel Team! If you are friendly, courteous, love working as part of a
team and are passionate about the hotel industry, we would love to hear from
you.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
You will have just what it takes to impress our guests with your exceptional
customer service, sparkling personality and good levels of spoken and written
English. You will be a committed team player who enjoys working as a team and
providing excellent customer service to our guests.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
Serve and clear food and beverage in a courteous, polite, efficient and friendly
manner.
Provide a consistent service and gives assistance to the guests for tables and
menus.
Assist the Outlet Manager & Supervisor in Food & Beverage order taking
and enhancing the guest experience, in an efficient, professional, and
courteous manner.
Constantly monitor the guests in order to anticipate their needs. Communicating
effectively.
