We are on the hunt for fresh talent for the Star Pub, South Harrow. The proposition is to create a premium, stylish pub that entertains and excites, with an atmosphere characterised by a combination of profiled music and live entertainment delivered on a high spec AV system.

The Star will benefit from an extensive internal and external development and redesign, all completed prior to re-opening. The Star is currently closed.

The new Managed Partner will have the exciting opportunity to recruit and train a new team ready for grand Opening and relaunch, having experience in re-openings and launches would be a great advantage.

The ideal Management Partner will be knowledgeable about premium craft ale, spirits, and cocktails. You will know your market and create an offering that attracts the demographic of 25 to 45-year-olds. The proposition will appeal to female guests; your venue will be safe and aspirational.

We need a Management Partner who can provide a luxury guest experience. You will have an aesthetic appreciation and a keen eye for detail. Porn Star Martinis and Instagram posts will start the night, followed by shots to dance the night away. Prebooking is encouraged with social media platforms maximised.

You will seize the opportunity to capitalise on the local shoppers and residents looking for the perfect environment for lunches. You will also deliver the vision with a well-trained and engaged team, be highly visible at live events and create the best in class social media posts and advertising.
