Main role and objectives:

As Meetings and Events Planning Executive you will have a key position in the event experience of our clients. You will support our guests through the event planning process and ensure they receive a high quality, personalised service.

Your responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with our clients as their main point of contact
• Organize and carry out menu tasting and site visits
• Create floor plans for the events and advice clients on the best usage of our conference facilities
• Meet and greet all clients and be present for key agenda points of events (i.e. Arrival, Lunch, Dinner)
• Ensure all deposits and billing processes are followed
• Actively take part in our competitive conversions weeks
• Take ownership of the events to ensure clients’/guest’s expectations are exceeded and to generate repeat business

• Self motivated and confident, whilst proactively involving themselves with the team
• A genuine passion for hospitality and providing the highest levels of service
