Description

Most of your responsibilities are (but not limited to):

  • Design, implement and lead the vision and strategy for how the Selina construction projects will be managed and delivered.
  • Set the directive for design and architectural standards.
  • Establish the guidelines for project management and procurement in general.
  • Manage the relationship with strategic vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company global requirements and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with international and local construction regulations.
  • Achieve global and project goals and deadlines as well as financial goals as established.
  • Foster innovation and creativity in the development of new projects.
  • Hire and manage the performance of the project management, design, architecture, workshop and procurements leaders of the Department.
  • Maintain records and provides reports on project progress and completion.
  • Analyze, adjust and optimize Department processes and procedures

Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar
  • 15+ years of construction management experience
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is valued
  • Ability to communicate clearly        
  • Ability to navigate among diverse tasks     
  • Leadership
  • Ability to manage time and responsibilities
  • Customer Service
  • Knowledge of file management                  
  • Creativity
  • Focus on solutions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of English (written and oral)
