The Britannia Coventry Hotel adjoins the famous Coventry Cathedral, a tourist favorite this is one of the most picturesque hotels in Coventry and due to high demand we are looking to recruit a Head of Proactive Sales on to the team.

As Head of Proactive Sales, you will develop business by all avenues of sales technique, including; direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls and tours of the hotel.

You will develop a clear understanding of the hotel’s business strategies, set goals and determine action plans for the hotel to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue.

The successful candidate will have proven success in a similar role and environment with recognisable experience of developing and managing strong relationships with clients.
