TUI Swimming Instructor - ASA Level II, Europe or Worldwide, Summer 2019

Join TUI DX as a Holiday Village Qualified Swimming Instructor and make a huge difference to our youngest UK guests by delivering fun and professional lessons to adults, toddlers and kids aged 3 and above.

You have selected a Flexible Contract Position that requires an EU Passport at the time of travel and you may be posted to any one of our 115 destinations.

What you will be doing:

• Delivering professional swimming lessons and parent/toddler sessions in a fun but safe environment
• Tailoring sessions to each individual to balance fun, engagement and technical progression
• Coaching children & adults of varying abilities following the syllabus provided
• Ability to theme your sessions suitable for a holiday environment
• Actively selling and promoting your sessions to encourage maximum attendance
• Happily taking part in other activities including daytime activities, team shows and party dances
• Helping colleagues and guests by solving any general questions or complaints that arise

What we are looking for:

• ASA Level II Swim Teaching Qualification or equivalent
• A current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification NPLQ
• Experience of swim teaching and working with children
• Excellent guest-relation skills with the ability to speak to kids, teenagers and adults of all ages
• Staying power, perseverance and willing to work long hours are all critical if the going gets tough
• The maturity, life or work experience to handle living and working abroad in any Holiday Village destination 
• Confident, fun and creative personality happy to work and be a part of a big UK team
