Job Description

If you enjoy learning about new solutions, solving problems for customers and delivering great customer service then we have a great opportunity for you!

The Functional Analyst plays a major role in providing proactive support for Greggs Retail Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing 2nd level functional support to Greggs stakeholders for Retail related activities
  • Understanding internal customer’s requirements
  • Designing, configuring, testing and implementing Stakeholder’s requirements into solutions within the retail systems
  • Resolving complex problems and issues using knowledge and understanding of the business
  • Extracting data from Retail systems as required by the stakeholders
  • Managing functional project delivery and providing project management expertise across all concepts
  • Working collaboratively with other members of the IT support team
  • Liaising with external Support providers where required
  • Participating and helping to drive business requirement gathering and creating support documentation
  • Ensuring consistent application of best in class practices of support across all Greggs SAP environments

Skills

  • Experience in retail related processes
  • Confident communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels
  • An ability to learn quickly and thrive under pressure
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience and understanding of organisational support
  • Effective team player and able to deliver clear individual goals
