Corporate Business Manager - London

As a leading provider of fitness in the UK, we have a great opportunity for a Corporate Business Manager within our Corporate Sales Department based in the London. We have a large concentration of fitness clubs in the London region and within this is a significant corporate membership business.This role will be responsible for generating a number of corporate accounts with the focus being on service, retention and growth.

What does the role entail?

• Responsible for achieving the Divisional P&L Budget through setting up new accounts and generating corporate joiners in the UK.
• To deliver promotions and sales plans to the business division to ensure communication between club and RBM.
• The role will be jointly responsible for the identification, development and delivery of all corporate sales opportunities in the London division and will work in consultation with clubs on lead generation.
• To establish and implement the process by which opportunities are assigned to each corporate club.
• Due to the London coverage the role requires a flexible approach to working hours and an ability to seek our and secure new business, introduce new vertical markets and coordinate with regional and club staff
• You will be required to report directly to the Head of Corporate and the holder of this role will be required to be professional, highly organised and have excellent communication skills.
• Be an ambassador for DW Fitness First seminars , events and open weeks, classes and signature products
• Make great connections with all clients, Corporate team, employees and current corporate members

Required skills and experience

• Good level of knowledge of the fitness industry
• Ability to mentor, coach and develop a team
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to business needs
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a range of people
• Ability to meet set targets and deadlines
• Ability to be self motivated and pro-active in your duties
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
