Reservations Agent

K west Hotel & Spa, the cool 4 star deluxe hotel in Shepherds Bush is currently searching for a proactive & driven Reservations Agent to join our Front Office team.

With 219 rooms, a holistic spa, fitness club and music in the bar on Friday and Saturday nights our Hotel is always buzzing with energy!

K West Hotel & Spa has built a reputation for contemporary design, extra large bedrooms and a “Vibe” that appeals to the leisure and corporate markets particularly, in the entertainment industry.

The Hotel is a busy vibrant property in West London and plays an important role within the local community as a venue and as an employer.

As a Reservations Agent, you will have a passion for hospitality and a ‘whatever it takes attitude’!

ABOUT YOU:

• You are an enthusiastic and confident team player with a positive can do attitude
• You have outstanding communication skills and speak excellent English
• You are a genuinely friendly and welcoming person who enjoys working with an international team
• Previous experience with Opera/ Fidelio/ Concept systems is beneficial however training will be provided
• Previous Hotel reception / reservations experience required

THE ROLE

• You will be responsible for the reservations administration of the hotel, ensuring that all reservations received are accurately entered into our system and that payment details are guaranteed
• To liaise with existing clients to maintain good relationships and continue to grow their business within the hotel
• To offer excellent customer service, you will be responsible for accurately and promptly fulfilling guests’ requests 
• To maximise on occupancy, revenue and rate
