Admin Team - Hoburne Devon Bay,  Paignton

We are looking for an Administration Team member to join our team at Hoburne Devon Bay, an award winning family Holiday Park in South Devon.

The role of the Administration Team is to provide administrative support to the Administration Manager and administration function to process all enquiries, weekly payroll and caravan sales as required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reception/office/administrative duties as directed including enquiries in person/by phone/e-mail, typing, filing, post, lost property, stationery control and ordering
  • To manage all bookings, sales, local/temporary membership and function enquiries by telephone, email, letter or in person and administration
  • Preparation of arrival packs and check-in / check-out of holidaymakers and key release for client properties
  • Owner’s membership, issue and maintenance of database and cards
  • To liaise with General Manager regarding Functions
  • To carry out daily reconciliation of catering, bar, kiosk and shop cash takings and associated (daily) banking
