Recruitment Administrator, Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin, Birmingham
Join the People and Development team as Recruitment Administrator. Based in our Birmingham offices you will assist the Group Head of Recruitment in sourcing the next generation of rising stars.
You will have recruitment experience either from an agency or in-house and ideally some basic HR knowledge.
As Recruitment Administrator You will be managing the day to day recruitment process, filtering Candidate CV's,posting adverts via our Applicant Tracking System and assisting in the administration of our Apprentice Program.
This is an administration role and although based in a Central Office there will be an element of lone working. Attention to detail is key as is time management. You will be self motivated and have a drive to complete assigned tasks.
As your knowledge about MAL & HDV grows you will be helping with new hotel openings (we have a few coming up) and you'll have the opportunity to get out into the hotels at key times of the year to assist with recruitment projects.
