Responsible for the Forest Hub: leading a small team to welcome our guests; providing local knowledge; preparing and serving food; maximising retail opportunities and booking activities. You and your team will thrive on ensuring our guests’ experience is unsurpassed. 

This is no ordinary customer service or retail role, at Forest Holidays it is a step on the ladder to running your own cabin location.  We like to develop our own.  Our Retreat Managers are key to delivering memorable holidays to our guests by supporting their teams and their General Managers on the extraordinary journey.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

With experience of managing a cleaning team and delivering first class housekeeping, you will be keen to ensure that our guests’ experience is consistent and extraordinary. Promoting a collaborative culture; you will bring your experience of leading a team and train them to produce the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Excellent time management skills together with an ability to use your initiative and problem solve you will be someone who prides themselves on delivering on your commitments to ensure cabins are available to guests, pristine, for their arrival.

High energy and a can-do attitude as well as not being afraid of hard work, you will be an inspirational Manager leading by example at all times. Other responsibiltiies include dealing with customer’s enquiries and liaising with the Retreat Manager regarding early check in’s and late check out’s.
